Cancellation of an appointment more than 24 hours in advance will not incur charges, with cancellation less than 24 hours incurring a 50% charge. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will incur the full treatment fee.

An appointment is only declared cancelled upon confirmation. If a cancellation is requested due to emergency within 24 hours of the appointment charges may be waived at the discretion of Wirral Veterinary Physiotherapy.
